THE LITERACY FOR GLOBALIST™ (LFG) PROJECT

The Literacy for Globalists™ (LFG) Project is a citizen self-education program in a multi-media, E-Learning format, created to promote understanding of global issues within the U.S. population. LFG seeks to empower Globalists to engage, broaden, and enrich a national discussion of U.S. foreign policy, supplementing the input of national media and policy makers by including the voices of families, neighbors, colleagues, spiritual communities, and other civic groups.

Inspired by "great books" and other self-directed education programs, the LFG Project is designed to be a eight-module, self-study program for small groups (perhaps 3 to 30) that gather as a book group, a spiritual community, a lifelong learning class, a neighborhood, a civic organization, or other associations. The curriculum is fully laid out, so it requires only a willing facilitator (or several members who share the role) to lead the group process.

If you are interested in facilitating a group and using the LFG material, we welcome you. Please contact us, and we'll be glad to help you get started.
