Creating an Advance Directive can be intimidating! Learn the process of creating one with a local, practicing, Board Certified physician who is passionate about helping people to make an Advance Directive that is thoughtful, informed, and specific. In this course, I will teach you to think through the implications of your Advance Directive, review the necessary documents, and facilitate how to have meaningful conversations with your families.

Eleanor Tanno is a practicing Maryland board certified Family Physician who is passionate about all people having an Advance Directive. She obtained her Medical Doctorate from the University of Maryland and holds a degree in biomedical engineering from the University of Virginia.
