This is an overview by Zoom. If you want to assign members to particular breakout rooms, you must provide a list of each rooms' members to OLLI staff at least 24 hours before your meeting.
Information about Study Group Representatives (SGRs):
A volunteer Study Group Representative is assigned to each class. SGRs are registered members of the class for which they are SGR and play an important role in helping to ensure each study group runs smoothly. Duties vary slightly depending on the study group’s format (in-person, online, or hybrid).
