As we get older, resilience takes on a deeper, more essential role because any changes we face—both within us and around us—happen in very different contexts than earlier in our lives. Our old ways of being resilient may no longer serve us. Join us for this 2-part engaging, energizing, and practical conversation. You’ll learn what being resilient really means, how to expand and deepen your resilience skills, and how to call on your resilience when you need it most.
