Dahlia Lithwick is the nationally known Senior Editor covering the Supreme Court and all things legal for the online magazine Slate. Her award-winning book, Lady Justice: Women, the Law, and the Battle to Save America, will be coming out in paperback on September 19, 2023. Dahlia will talk about the famous, and not so famous but still important, women who she profiles in her book and the crucial contributions they made to American law and justice.

Dahlia Lithwick is a Canadian-American lawyer, award-winning journalist and author, and Senior Editor at the online magazine Slate. She primarily writes about law and politics in the United States. Dahlia also hosts Amicus, Slate’s award-winning biweekly podcast about the law and the Supreme Court, and is a Regular Contributing Analyst at MSNBC. She earned her BA in English at Yale University and her JD degree at Stanford University and has held visiting faculty positions at numerous Universities.

 

No registration is required. The talk can be viewed online in Room A at OLLI (seating is limited) or at home.
