253: *CANCELLED* Dreams—Their Link to Meditating, Mindfulness, and AI

Monday
1:45 - 3:15
Starting September 29
Online

Do we all dream? Science says yes—though not all remember. In this exploratory pilot, participants will delve into dream history, cultural and artistic representations, and scientific insights. Using dreams volunteered by the group, we’ll practice collective interpretation and examine dream analysis methods, archetypes, and practical applications. We’ll also explore the emerging role of AI in dream interpretation and visualization, including ethical implications. Expect deep dives, creative insights, and lively discussion—but don’t worry, AI won’t replace those aha moments in the shower! This study group has a high class size capacity.
