9203: Thriving as Elders: The Adventure Continues
February 3-7
11:45 AM -
1:15 PM
Online
Thriving as elders is not just about filling our time. It’s about how we lead a fulfilling life over time, how we face the realities of aging with its often disorienting changes, and how we continue to find and sustain meaning and satisfaction throughout our elder years. Together, working with an evidence-based framework, we'll explore relevant research, share our wisdom and strategies, deepen practical skills, and create a personal legacy and mission. This generative process is designed to stimulate introspection and insight, motivate and guide us to be more intentional about our choices, and illuminate how we are growing and showing up in the world for ourselves and others.
