In this Short, we will focus on viewing the ongoing story of Nico in the Deutsche Welle’s online "Learn German" course. We will do the exercises and learn the new vocabulary for each episode. We will also read the short story Ein Sommer in Heidelberg.

Martha Cutts majored in German at Mount Holyoke College. After teaching English in a German school for a year, she earned a Master of Arts in Teaching (German) at Yale University. She taught German for decades before becoming a full-time school administrator. She has taught German here at OLLI since September of 2022.
